PD events

Teachers in the intervention group have been put into a cluster group run by one of the Lead Teachers.

Four teams of Lead Teachers ran two days of professional development - in four different locations. Teachers attended the professional development sessions run by their own Lead Teacher (in October).

Lead Teachers and their cluster groups will meet five times between November and March and engage in lesson study. Lead Teachers will arrange these lesson study meetings with their own cluster groups.
